At TEXSAR (Texas Search and Rescue), we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of training and readiness for all members of our volunteer team. Proper onboarding is essential to ensure that every volunteer is prepared to respond effectively during critical incidents.
Beginning October 1, 2025, TEXSAR will move to a quarterly application window process. All interested applicants may only apply during these designated windows. Applications will open at 12:00 PM CST on the first day of the application window and close at 11:59 PM CST on the final day of the window. Each application window will run for the entire month. If the first of the month falls on a weekend, the window will begin on the following Monday and still run through the end of that month.TEXSAR Quarterly Application Windows
