TEXSAR Responds to Winter Storm

Winter Storm Uri reeked havoc on the entire state of Texas beginning Valentine’s Day weekend 2021. Ice and snow covered the entire state. Texas infrastructure is not equipped for weather and temperatures that Texans faced which led to power outages, water shortages, and extensive home damages.
