On Saturday, October 27, nine TEXSAR members traveled to Bryan, TX to assist Cen-Tex SAR during a 200-person Search and Rescue training exercise at Lake Bryan. On Saturday October 20th Texsar delivered Search and Rescue training for the Austin/ Travis County Community Emergency Response Team Fall class. 60 students participated in the training that included search planning, hazard analysis, resource requirements and patient extraction.
